During the webinar, we will discuss the most frequent doubts arising in implementing remote work. We will address such issues as:
- Rules for setting the amount of lump-sum payments
- Possibility of using occasional work alongside regular remote work
- Criteria for refusing to agree to remote work by persons carrying out parental duties or caregivers
- Connection between remote work and flexible working conditions

On 9 October Wardyński & Partners and World Services Group invite WSG members of the Employment and Labor Practice Group to the WSG 2020 European Employment and Labor Practice Group Virtual Conference. On 11 September we invite you to the next meeting in the Kraków HR Talks series. The theme of the event will be the duty to maintain confidentiality and to avoid competitive activity. The event will be held at the Kraków office of Wardyński & Partners.
At the meeting, Dr Marcin Wujczyk will discuss such questions as the situations where competing activity cannot be prohibited, what the ban covers, and how long a ban on competition can be imposed, as well as when an employee or employer can avoid a ban on competition.
The meeting will be held in Polish.
The theme of the event will be the prohibition of discrimination and the duty to combat mobbing in the workplace. The meeting will be held on 16 October at the Kraków office of Wardyński & Partners.
At the event, Dr Marcin Wujczyk will discuss such questions as the measures that employers must take to comply with the duty to combat discrimination and mobbing, and whether differences in salary based on job location can be regarded as discrimination.
