On May 12, the fourth meeting in the series ‘How to Check Whether a Trade Union is Inflating Its Membership Numbers’ will take place, which I will have the pleasure of hosting again together with Przemysław Zając, Attorney-at-Law.

This time, we will discuss the obligation of trade unions to provide information on their membership numbers and the methods the employer may use to verify this information. This will include:

  • How do trade unions fulfil their obligation to inform the employer about the number of their members?
  • How can an employer check the size of a trade union?
  • What are the consequences of a trade union's failure to provide information about the number of its members or providing false information?

On 16 April, the third meeting in the series entitled ‘Relations with the employer, or what the employer must and may do when trade unions operate in the company’ will take place, which I will have the pleasure of hosting again together with Przemysław Zając, attorney-at-law.

This time, we will discuss the obligation of employees to cooperate when the employer introduces internal regulations, including:

  • What internal regulations require consultation with trade unions?
  • What is the procedure for cooperating with trade unions when introducing internal policies?
  • What are the consequences of an employer introducing regulations without consulting trade unions?

On Monday, April 14, the next edition of the CWPP Conference for Human Resources departments will be held: Labor Law 2025 Conference - Changes in Legislation, Latest Case Law, Interpretations and Clarification of Doubts.
