Subsequent contract with a Ukrainian citizen under existing conditions does not require notification to the labour office.

Ukrainian citizens who legally reside on the territory of Poland may carry out work provided that their employers notify their employment to the district labour office.

Taking up employment with a new employer or another job with an existing employer requires a new notification.  However, the conclusion of another employment contract between the same employer and the employee, under existing conditions, does not require a new notification. This position has been confirmed by the Ministry of Family and Social Policy’s Labour Market Department.
