Applications can be submitted electronically through an application generator provided by the labour ministry. Under the pilot program, qualified employers can expect to receive financial support of up to PLN 1 million. Funds will be available, among other things, for technical support for the project or for subsidizing salaries of employees covered by the program.

Results of the call for applications will be known by 15 October, while the testing of shortened working hours itself is to take place between 1 January and 31 December 2026.
