The government is working on a platform for electronic employment contracts
The Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy is developing a platform for micro-entrepreneurs, individuals and farmers that would allow the drafting of key employment-related documents online using ready-made templates.
The system is expected to allow, among others, the conclusion of electronic employment contracts and employees to be reported for social insurance (ZUS) and taxation (KAS). Logging into the platform will be possible using a trusted profile or qualified electronic signature.
The Ministry plans to launch the system in mid-2025.
