The Ministry of Labour proposes the level of a minimum wage increase for 2027.

The Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy will recommend to the Council of Ministers that the minimum wage for 2027 be set at PLN 4,986 and the minimum hourly rate at PLN 32.60. This represents an increase of PLN 180 (3.7%) and PLN 1.20 (3.8%) respectively compared to the current year.

The Ministry’s recommendation will then be considered by the Standing Committee of the Council of Ministers, during which a final decision will be made on the government’s proposal for a minimum wage increase. This issue will then be discussed in the Social Dialogue Council. If the social partners fail to reach an agreement there, as in previous years, the Council of Ministers will set the minimum wage itself by 15 September.
