There will be no more visas "Poland. Business Harbour"
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced the suspension of participation in the programme "Poland. Business Harbour" as of 26 January 2024.
The purpose of the programme was to facilitate the relocation of IT professionals to Poland, especially from Belarus, Georgia, Russia, Ukraine, Moldova and Armenia, through a simplified process of obtaining visas.
The Ministry justifies its decision to suspend the programme with reservations about the improper use of visas under the initiative. It also stresses that foreign citizens in the sector can still apply for visas on a general basis. The programme will remain suspended until solutions are put in place to ensure effective verification of companies and foreign citizens using it.
