Working time of drivers
Until 30 September 2022, as long as it does not affect drivers’ working conditions and the level of road safety, derogations on working time of drivers carrying out national and international road haulage of goods in the Republic of Poland can be applied:
- maximum daily driving time can be extended from 9 to 11 h;
- maximum weekly driving time can be extended from 56 to 60 h;
- maximum driving time during any two consecutive weeks can be extended from 90 to 96 h;
- maximum driving time after which a 45-minute break is required can be extended from 4.5 to 5.5 h;
- a driver can spend the regular weekly rest period in the vehicle, as long as it has suitable sleeping facilities for each driver and the vehicle is stationary.
