ZUS is to inform more quickly business person of arrears of contributiona
The Social Insurance Institution („ZUS”) is to provide a new service to inform business persons of arrears in contribution payments. To date payers were only informed of non-payments via a message in their account in the eZUS system.
In the new model, notifications will be sent in stages and be updated. First, a business person will receive a message about the non-payment of the contributions that were due for a previous month; then, ZUS will send a request for payment, and only if the payer fails to respond will a formal reminder be issued.
