New forms of communication between employers and employee representatives

The Ministry of Labour has published a bill meant to deregulate and simplify communication between employers and trade unions and employee councils.

Instead of the requirment of exclusively written form, documentary and electronic forms will also be permitted for, among others, informing about the transfer of a workplace, the number of managers, or providing information when requested. The changes are intended to hasten and make flexible communication.  The bill is currently under consultation and the amendments are enter into  force 14 days after the announcement of them.
